Tell us how loud
you dare go.

There is no basket and no checkout, on purpose. Every order is built by hand for the week it goes out, so it starts with you telling us the occasion, the colour and the ceiling — and us telling you what the beds can actually give you.

Talk to a person

The fastest way
is to just ask.

Monday and Tuesday we are in the beds and slow to answer. Anything for the same day: ring before 11am, do not email.

Or write it down here

This opens your own mail app with the answers filled in — nothing is stored on this site. Prefer to type it yourself? hello@wildroot.flowers.

Before you commit

The boring
honest bit.

Cut-off
11am, Wed–Sun
Order before 11am and it goes out the same afternoon. After that it is the next open day. Monday and Tuesday nothing leaves the greenhouse — those are cutting days.
Delivery
$12 / $22 / by quote
Within 8 miles $12. Eight to twenty miles $22. Beyond that we will quote it, and if it is far enough that the flowers would suffer we will say so instead of taking the money.
Pick-up
Free, from the door
The greenhouse door on Wick Row, any open hour. Ring ahead by an hour so it is wrapped and standing in water rather than being built while you wait.
Substitutions
By colour, never by name
We grow half of what we cut, so a bad week changes the list. We swap to hold the colour and the volume you asked for — you will never open the door to a smaller bunch of the exact thing you named.
If it disappoints
Tell us within 48 hours
A photograph is enough. We rebuild it or refund it, your choice, and we would rather you told us rudely than not at all.
Keeping it alive
Recut, Tuesday and Friday
Take an inch off the stems at an angle, change the water twice a week, keep it off the windowsill and away from the fruit bowl. Garden flowers give you nine or ten days that way.

Still deciding?

Read what is on the bench this week, or read the notebook — we write down what the beds are doing, what failed, and how to keep cut flowers alive for a fortnight.
