What we collect
When you order, subscribe or write to us, we collect your name, email address and phone number, the recipient's name and delivery address, your card message and the details of the order. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To make and deliver your flowers, to text you a delivery photo, to answer you, and — only if you subscribed — to send our monthly seasonal email.
Recipients' details
We use a recipient's name and address only to deliver that order. We never add recipients to a mailing list or contact them for any other reason.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Card messages are deleted 30 days after delivery. Newsletter subscriptions end the moment you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to studio@wildroot.flowers.
