Terms of sale

Orders

An order is confirmed when we email you. We confirm stems and availability within an hour during opening hours, and payment is taken at confirmation.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and markets vary. We may substitute stems of equal or greater value in the same palette. Photographs show a typical example of each design.

Delivery

We deliver Monday to Saturday in 3 zones around Bristol. Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before the cut-off for your zone. Delivery windows are estimates; we will text you if we are running late.

Cancellations

Cancel up to 5 pm the day before delivery for a full refund. On the day of delivery we offer a credit, because the flowers will have been bought and tied.

Freshness promise

If any flower fades within seven days of delivery, send a photo to studio@wildroot.flowers and we will replace the bouquet or refund it.

Weddings and events

Event work is covered by a separate written agreement, sent with your proposal. A deposit holds the date and is deducted from the final invoice.
